Seeking to understand oneself is an act of bravery, and it’s finally being recognised across the world as an important part of overall health. 

My name is Nathalie Golding and in my practice, I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and other intuitive and self-awareness based therapy techniques to help my clients achieve their goals and overcome limiting patterns and beliefs. 

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, navigating menopause, facing relationship communication challenges, dealing with trauma, or aspiring to enhance roles as a parent, partner, leader, or friend, embarking on this self-discovery journey with kindness paves the way to a deeper understanding of your personality, patterns, strengths and weaknesses.  

With over 30 years in this field as well as overcoming my own obstacles with anxiety, I am at a place where I approach helping others from an extremely open and understanding mindset. 

We are all in this together and with the right guidance I truly believe people can harness their stories in a way that sets themselves free.

  • We begin your self-discovery sessions with an initial interpersonal analysis and stress response assessment. Following that, we apply a versatile blend of therapeutic techniques that will proactively assist you in achieving your outcomes. Whether it involves addressing concrete issues or embarking on a path toward deeper self-awareness, we’ll embark on a transformative journey together.

  • Yoga offers a multitude of benefits for both mental and physical well-being. From a mental and spiritual perspective, yoga offers a sanctuary of calm in our fast-paced lives, fosters mental clarity, and aids in managing stress, anxiety and depression. On the physical front, yoga improves mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance. Join our Yoga Soul Flow evening class out in nature under the stars, near the beachfront at the Barbados Yacht Club on Monday evenings starting at 6:30 p.m. RSVP.

  • Meditation is a practice that helps us to connect with who we really are. Spiritual beings having a human experience. Through learning how to quiet the busy mind you will reduce stress and anxiety, enhance emotional stability, and foster a sense of inner peace. Meditation promotes mindfulness, which improves both focus and concentration. On the physical front, meditation aids in relaxation and can even lower blood pressure. Join our Sunday morning class at Drill Hall Beach from 9 a.m. out in nature, under the trees with the soothing sound of the sea. Enhance and protect your mental well-being with a weekly meditation practice. Many doctors recommend meditation. Here is an opportunity to learn how to make it a part of your life.
